		<description><![CDATA[Wow, what a great, lively and intellectual discussion! I&#039;m impressed with the level of dialogue and the conclusions that came out of it. I follow the &quot;type o&quot; blood type diet which is very similar to paleo and have come across the same struggles. I think the take-away is we can throw away the thyroid meds, and eat enough calories to fuel us with the level of energy we want to have (while balancing with lifespan goals). Thanks to Sam and everyone else who shared their thoughts.]]></description>
